Important: We got informed, that because it seems like Comet C/2013 A1 will now miss Mars, the optimal place for the celebration of the night has changed!

Wichtig: Wir wurden informiert, dass es nun so aussieht, dass der Komet C/2013 A1 den Mars nun verfehlen wird und sich deshalb der optimale Standort fuer die feier der Nacht aendert.

Our devout members of the Lunar Republic Clan, have established contact with our supreme leader. We have recieved a message of great importance regarding our most anticipated celebration.
The message reads as follows:
"Citizens of a distance world, it has come to our knowledge, that the race of shaved monkeys is craving for the bright and glorious feast, "Nightmare Night". As the benevolent being I am, we will graciously allow you just that.
Come to the following location - 'Pfadiheim Balsthal, Munimattweg 1272' in 4710 Balsthal, Switzerland on the date of 31th of October, we will be celebrating the beauty of the night. It will begin at 18:00 and the feast will last the entire night. Our event ends when the sun reaches it's highest point in the sky and you will have 40 opportunities to rest.
We have also decided to grace you with our presence, so that you might behold the real Princess of the Night! I expect you to bring a oblation of at least EUR 20.- (CHF 25.-). The bringing of sweets is very much appreciated, and might pacify my temper for a more delightful visit. The same goes for the ones who arrive in appropriate clothing.
As my humble self is very busy in this time of the year, I've chosen some local inhabitants to prepare the appropriate arrangements.

Important:
For anyone who decides to sleep there, bring your own sleeping bag/pillow.

For anyone who wants to arrive by car: There are parking fields near the location, they are well signalled on the road.
The ones who arrive with the public transport: You have to go to the station "Balsthal, Pfadiheim" with the bus line 94 from the railway station "Balsthal".

And very important!
All through the new location is much bigger and better fits our needs, there's unfortunately one drawback. We need to leave at 11o'clock already. Therefore we kindly ask you to help us tidy up the location so may the next can use it as we did. This is our plan B in case the feast gets much bigger than expected. Next year we will book it earlier so we may have a longer celebration.

Unsere ergebenen Mitglieder des Lunar Republic Clans haben erfolgreich Kontakt mit der höchsten Autorität hergestellt. Erhalten haben wir eine Nachricht von grösster Wichtigkeit bezüglich unserer meist erwarteten Feier.
Diese Nachricht liest sich wie folgt:
"Einheimische einer fernen Welt, es ist mir zu Ohren gekommen, dass es die haarlosen Affen unseres einzigartigen und grossartigen Festes, genannt Nightmare Night, zu feiern gesehnt. Als das wohlwollende Wesen, das ich darstelle, möchte ich euch dies erlauben.
Findet euren Weg zum Anwesen am Pfadiheim Balsthal, Munimattweg 1272 in einem Ort genannt 4710 Balsthal, in einem Land mit dem Namen Schweiz, zum Datum des 31. Oktobers. Dort wird die wahre Schönheit der Nacht gefeiert werden können. Die Feierlichkeiten werden um 18:00 beginnen und die ganze Nacht überdauern. Die Feier endet, wenn die Sonne ihren höchsten Punkt am Himmel erreicht hat. Es werden 40 Ruheplätze zur Verfügung stehen.
Unsereins hat sich auch wohlwollend entschieden euch mit meiner Präsenz zu beehren um euch ein Erschauen meiner selbst zu ermöglichen!
Eine Opfergabe von wenigsten EUR 20.- (CHF 25.-) wird erwartet. Das Mitbringen von Süssigkeiten oder anderen Gaben werden sehr geschätzt und sie mögen wohl mein Gemüt besänftigen für einen angenehmen Besuch. Das Gleiche gilt für diejenigen, welche sich entscheiden angemessen gekleidet zu kommen. Da unsere Wenigkeit zu dieser Zeit im Jahre sehr beschäftigt ist, habe ich entschieden, einige lokale Anwohner mit der Aufgabe des nötigen Arrangements zu beauftragen.
Für alle weiteren Fragen nehmet Kontakt mit meinen treuen Untertanen Reyvan, Daybreakerflint oder Intet auf.

Wichtig:
Jeder der bei dem Standort übernachten will muss seinen eigenen Schlafsack, Kissen und/oder Decke mitnehmen.

Für alle die mit dem Auto kommen wollen: Parkplätze sind in der nähe des Pfadiheims und sind von der Hauptstrasse aus gut ausgeschildert.
Die die mit dem ÖV anreisen müssen zur Station "Balsthal, Pfadiheim" mit der Buslinie 94 vom Bahnhof "Balsthal" aus.

Und sehr wichtig!
Auch wenn der neue Standort sehr viel grösser ist und uns mehr Möglichkeiten bietet, gibt es einen Nachteil. Wir muessen den Platz schon um 11 Uhr verlassen. Deshalb wäre es schön wenn ihr uns am nächsten Morgen helft aufzuräumen damit die nächsten Bezüger das Heim nutzen können. Dies ist unser Ausweichstandort bei unerwarted grossem zulauf. Nächstes Jahr werden wir früher reservieren, so dass wir länger feiern können.

Nos dévoués membres du clan de la Lunar Republic ont établi contact avec notre leader suprême. Nous avons reçu un message d'une grande importance concernant notre fête la plus attendue. Le message est le suivant :
"Citoyens d'un monde lointain, nous avons appris que la race des hommes éprouve l'envie de fêter cette brillante et glorieuse célébration qu'est "Nightmare Night". Etant donné notre bienveillance, nous vous accorderons gracieusement ce droit.
Rendez-vous à l'endroit suivant : "Pfadiheim Balsthal, Munimattweg 1272" à "4710 Balsthal, Suisse" le 31 Octobre, pour que nous puissions célébrer la beauté de la nuit.
Nous commencerons à 18h00 et la fête durera toute la nuit. Cet évènement finira lorsque le Soleil sera à son point culminant. Ensuite nous nous reposerons grâce aux 40 lits mis à notre disposition.
Nous avons également décidé de vous honorer de notre présence, pour que vous puissiez contempler la vraie Princesse de la Nuit. Nous attendons que vous rameniez une offrande d'au moins EUR 20.- (CHF 25.-). Des sucreries seraient très appréciées, et pourront peut-être nous apaiser, ce qui rendrait ma visite plus appréciable. Il en va de même pour le port d'habits décents. Etant donné que nous somes très occupés en cette période de l'année, nous avons chargé des habitants locaux de s'occuper des préparations.

Nous avons prévu divers divertissement tels que MLP: Fighting is Magic, MyLittleKaraoké, un tournoi de cartes à jouer MLP, des consoles, les traditionnels jeux de Nightmare Night et bien plus. Nous voulons également vous fournir de quoi vous nourrir.

Et si vous regardez dans la liste des invités attendus, Atalon the Deer y figure et ce n'est pas une blague. Il vient en effet et aimerait passer du bon temps avec nous.

IMPORTANT:
Si vous décidez de dormir sur place, apportez votre propre sac de couchage.

Pour ceux qui arrivent en voiture, des parkings se trouvent près de notre lieu de rendez-vous, et sont clairement signalés sur la route.
Pour ceux qui arrivent en transports en commun, il faut se diriger vers la station "Balsthal, Pfadiheim" avec le bus numéro 94 à partir de la station de train Balsthal.

TRES IMPORTANT:
Nous ne sommes autorisés qu'a utiliser la maison jusqu'à Dimanche 11 heures du matin ( le 31 octobre étant un vendredi ). En conséquence nous vous demanderons gentillement de nous aider à nettoyer les lieux afin que les prochains occupants puisse les utiliser convenablement.
Malheureusement on ne peut pas rester jusqu'à l'après-midi.
L'année prochaîne nous réserverons à l'avance afin de disposer de plus de temps pour la célébration.
