Pepper, ich will jetzt nicht grob klingen, aber ich habe überlegt, was ich tun würde an deiner Stelle. Es soll keine Kritik oder sonst etwas sein, es ist nur meine persönliche Meinung.

I would leave him, ice cold. Why should I love someone who doesn't love me?

I would enjoy the time that I am together with. It is enough for myself, but for you definitely not.

When my heart cries in agony and pain, I would set an end to this tragedy what I called relationship and start from the beginning with someone else, that truely loves me and that I truely love too.

I said, that is what I would do. Because of the fact, that I am not you, I would handle it on a different way like you. You should stop crying about it...it won't help...trust me.
But you should learn a lesson:

Enjoy every moment with him, even if it only are a few minutes. You can't force him to stay by you, he has a life, he earns money so he can survive in this capitalistic world where the money rules...he perhaps does it also for you...I know to less...

Or perhaps you should find a way, how you can spend more time with him. You could find a way...you just need to focus at it and you will find one, or even more ways.

But don't judge me. I am just a sixteen year old fool, who tries to help you and miserably fails while he tries to reach you...I am sorry...
