Grade wieder ein Leid um mir selber Kraft zu geben weiter zu gehen auf meinem Weg im Leben. Einfach zu viel negatives in dne letzten Monaten zusamme ngekommen das man zu gerne aufgeben möchte.
Bitte passt auf euch auf und hört auf euren Körper und Geist.
Wenn es zu schwer wird mit allem, wenn ihr nur noch schwarz seht, dann nehmt euch eine Auszeit und such nach professioneler Hilfe.
Es ist kein schönes Gefühl im Dunkel zu versinken und auszubrennen.

Im Grunde nur Backgroundmusic, aber das braucht ja manchmal auch. Einfach so Klänge die nebenher laufen damit man nciht so in der Stille sitzt.
Bitte passt auf euch auf und hört auf euren Körper und Geist.
