und ich hatte endlich mal ne Nacht, wo ich früh eingeschlafen bin und auch komplett durchgepennt hab... das kam seit Monaten nich mehr vor und ich glaub es lag daran, dass ich am Abend ne Vomex genommen hatte... aber ich will jetzt nicht anfangen das als Schlafmittel zu missbrauchen :X
hab mir aus der Apotheke mal nen Schlafmittel besorgt... mal gucken ob das was bringt

Weiß nich warum, aber mich machen die dermaßen müde. Aber komischerweise hat das nich auf jeden den Effekt. Kenn auch welche, die davon gar nich schläfrig werden. Aber mich überkommt da echt eine norkoseartige Müdigkeit und ich bin auch vorher irgendwie komplett neben der Spur und fühl mich wie benebelt
